Customizing my shirts and sweatshirt was very easy. I ordered 2 shirts, a sweatshirt and a hat with my business name and title on the it. However, I was highly dissatisfied with the quality of the products that was the delivered to me. The hat was floppy, shallow and fit poorly. The two shirts were completely see through with paper thin fabric. I can’t be walking around work in see through shirts. I figured after paying $200 for those 4 items, I would have gotten much higher quality products.
Serg is AMAZING! He solved all my issues and offered different solution. I really appreciate his attention to detail.
The reason for 4 not 5 stars is that when someone is out and/or the design team takes long extended weekends, projects get very delayed. There should be someone to take over when someone is out and the design team should really be in the office on a more.

I had an issue placing the order with a code given to me by the league and Edson P was able to help me out in a matter of seconds. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He needs a raise!

Daryna was very helpful in answering my question and providing me with exactly what I needed.
I worked with Javier this afternoon due to an issue with my order. I purchased an item at the wrong size by mistake and he quickly and efficiently handled my issue. It was almost too good to be true. Great work, Javier.
Well I first off want to say that I love this site from my experience with it so far. As I was setting up my first store I accidentally uploaded the wrong file and then the correct one, as I added products to the store and finalizing it, I kept running into the problem of the wrong logo appearing. So after trying to fix it, I had to start a chat to ask how to fix it. I began to chat with Serg H., immediately my problem was solved and then I was walked through how to do it on my own the next time the problem arose. This was a great and helpful experience thank you very much Serg!
I have been working on building our team store and customizing our logo. Anzhelika has been helping me work on our logos and color changes. It has been a pleasure to work with Anzhelika . She has been making this whole process smooth, aways sending me emails to keep me updated on the progress. It has been a pleasure working with this company
